Red Bull Nightcalls – blendbrothers
For Red Bull’s guests – Belgian nightlife club-owners and festival-organisers – we created a four-course tasting-menu.  We served a combination of scallops from “Dieppe’ with Jerusalem artichokes and bone-marrow and created a course with deer, red chicory, parsnip and Ruby chocolate.
